Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Haus Labs products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box, and affix the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
